HT10W Wheeled Mini Excavator: Mobility and Control for Tight Job Sites

The HT10W is a compact wheeled mini excavator designed for operations that require both digging capability and convenient mobility. Unlike tracked models, the wheeled undercarriage allows for easier travel on paved surfaces and between job sites. With an overall width of 1030mm and a transport length of 2450mm, this machine fits into municipal engineering, landscaping, and agricultural orchard work.

Engine and Working Capability

The HT10W runs on a 420cc air-cooled engine (RATO / Dajiang configuration varies by batch). It delivers 10kW at 3600rpm, providing a maximum digging depth of 1630mm and a bucket digging force of 10.2KN. The 30° gradeability and 3.2km/h travel speed allow it to handle uneven ground and slopes on site.

Mechanical Control Layout

This model uses a mechanical operation system with clearly laid-out control levers. The boom lever and arm/bucket lever are positioned on the left and right sides. The steering lever controls direction (push forward to turn left, pull backward to turn right). A dedicated dozer blade lever and travel lever are also centrally located, making it straightforward for operators to learn and control the machine.

The HT10W is built with practical features for daily construction tasks. It includes a thickened dozer blade for dozing and machine lifting, thickened hydraulic hoses to resist leakage, and large-diameter widened tires for adaptability on different surfaces.
