HTS380 23 HP 800 kg Mini Stand-On Skid Steer Loader

The Hightop HTS380 is a wheeled mini skid steer loader powered by a 23HP gasoline engine. It features 4×4 wheel drive, a 0.15m³ bucket capacity, and a foldable foot pedal for a shorter transport length. Available with RATO R740-1 or Briggs & Stratton Vanguard 3864 engines, and in stock in overseas warehouses.

HTS380 Wheeled Skid Steer Loader: 4×4 Mobility for Landscaping and Farm Work

The HTS380 is a wheeled mini stand-on skid steer loader designed for operators who need a compact material-handling machine that can move efficiently across varied surfaces. Unlike tracked models, the wheeled undercarriage with 4×4 drive allows for faster travel on firm ground and reduced disturbance on finished lawns and turf. With a total width of 1117mm and an 800kg operating weight, it fits through gates and operates in spaces where larger skid steers cannot work.

Engine Options: RATO R740-1 and Briggs & Stratton Vanguard 3864

The HT380L can be configured with one of two gasoline engines:

  • RATO R740-1: A 739cc V-twin air-cooled engine delivering 16kW at 3600rpm. It comes with 1-year warranty and lifetime parts support.
  • Briggs & Stratton Vanguard 3864: A 627cc V-twin engine rated at 23HP. It is backed by a 3-year commercial engine warranty and is tuned for stability and long-term durability.

Since stock batches may vary, please specify your preferred engine brand when inquiring.

4×4 Wheel Drive and Mobility

The HTS380 uses full-time four-wheel drive with high-torque wheel motors. This configuration provides traction on slopes up to 30° and allows the machine to navigate narrow paths, orchards, and greenhouses. The wheeled design also enables faster travel across job sites compared to track models, reducing time spent moving between tasks. A foldable foot pedal reduces the overall length without the bucket to 2082mm for transport.

Operator Controls and Display

The operator platform features ergonomic joystick controls positioned for reduced hand fatigue during extended use. A centralized instrument panel includes an hour meter, fuel gauge, hydraulic oil temperature gauge, and warning indicators. The stand-on design with anti-skid pedal provides a stable operating position for the operator.

Attachments and Applications

The HTS380 supports a range of attachments including fork, breaker, auger, standard bucket, grapple, grapple bucket, side shift pallet fork, rock bucket, and ripper. This makes it suitable for garden landscape, orchard, narrow work, agricultural cultivation, material handling, and greenhouse tasks.

What is the difference between the wheeled HTS380 and tracked loaders?
The HTS380 uses a wheeled 4x4 undercarriage instead of rubber tracks. This provides faster travel speed on firm ground and reduces the risk of damaging finished lawns and turf during landscaping work. Tracked models offer lower ground pressure on soft or muddy terrain. The choice depends on your typical working surface and whether you need to move frequently between locations.
