The HTY15 is a 1.2-ton class mini excavator designed for reliable digging performance in confined job sites. Powered by the KOOP 192F engine with 7.6KW output, it delivers strong working capacity while maintaining low fuel consumption to reduce operating costs.
Compact and Flexible Design
With an ultra-compact total width of just 950mm, the HTY15 fits through narrow pathways, doorways, and tight job sites with ease. The full 360° rotation enables omni-directional operation without dead angles, maximizing site utilization.
Strong Working Capacity
The HTY15 offers a maximum digging depth of 1700mm and a digging radius of 2900mm, with a gradeability of 30° to handle hilly and rough terrain. The maximum dumping height reaches 1850mm, suitable for loading trucks or stockpiling materials.

What should I check upon receiving my HTY15 mini excavator?
Check hydraulic oil, engine oil, and fuel levels. Start the machine to test all functions. Inspect hoses for leaks and confirm all accessories are included.
How often should I change the engine oil and what type should I use?
The KOOP 192F engine uses CF-4 15W-40 oil with a capacity of 1.5-1.6L. First oil change at 50 hours, then every 100 hours. Clean the oil strainer at each change.
What type of hydraulic oil is required and when should it be changed?
Use L-HM46# anti-wear hydraulic oil. First change at 500 hours with the return filter, then every 1500 hours afterward.
The engine won't start but the starter motor turns. What could be wrong?
Most likely air in the fuel lines. Loosen the injector nozzle screw, pump the hand primer until fuel flows without bubbles, tighten it, and try starting again.
What are the common causes of engine overheating?
Blocked radiator fins, faulty thermostat, loose or broken fan belt, or low coolant level. Always stop immediately if the temperature warning light comes on and let the engine cool before inspecting.
